Tracy v. Salamack, 572 F.2d 393 (2d Cir.1978) (per curiam)

This case established the principle that no prisoner participating in the temporary release program can be removed from the program on the allegation that his/her participation constitutes a threat to the security of the community except on a finding made in accordance with due process accompanied by a written statement of reasons.
